To setup Windows Mail you will need following information during the process.

Your Email Address: yourname@yourdomain.com
Your Email Password: Please use the password supplied by ARTEC Interactive.

Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.yourISPsmtp.com
The outgoing mail server (SMTP) is required and can be acquired from your ISP.

Note: Please replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain.

1. Open the Windows mail application. Click on the "Tools" drop down menu and select "Accounts".
If it is your first time opening Windows Mail you might get the "Add New Email" wizard, please continue with Step4.

2. Click on "Add" to continue.

3. Please select "E-Mail Account" and click "Next" to continue.

4. Enter your name into the appropriate field and click "Next" to continue.

5. Enter your email address into the appropriate field and click "Next" to continue.

6. Please eave the "POP3" selection in the first field or select "POP3" if it was changed. Insert your incoming and the outgoing mail server into the appropriate fields and click "Next".

7. Please enter your email address into the "E-mail username" field and the password into the "Password" field. Check the "Remember Password" check box and leave the "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" checkbox blank. Then click "next" to continue.

8. The basic email setup is done please click "finish".

9. Close the "Internet Accounts" window and test your email. If you receive an error while sending / receiving please check your entries for any errors.
