To setup Outlook 2007 you will need following information during process.
Your Email Address: yourname@yourdomain.com
Your Email Password: Please use the password supplied by ARTEC Interactive.
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp..yourISPsmtp.com
The outgoing mail server (SMTP) is required and can be acquired from by your ISP.
Note: Please replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain. |
How to add an additional E-mail account
1. Open the Outlook 2007 mail application. Click on the "Tools" drop down menu and select " Account
Settings ". If it is your first time opening Outlook 2007 you might see a window like in Step 10 in the next section below. If this is the case you can skip Steps 1-4.

2. Select the "E-mail" Tab and click on "New..." to add a new email account.

3. Select "Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP" and click "Next" to continue.

5. Open the Outlook 2007 mail application. Click on "Next" to continue.

6. Select "Yes" and click "Next" to continue.

7. Please select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types " and click "Next" to continue.

8. Select "Internet E-Mail" and click "Next" to continue.
9. Please enter the values into the appropriate fields. Please make sure you are using the password and "Remember Password" is checked. Please click "Test Account Settings" to verfiy your information. If you get an error message while sending or receiving, please check the entries in Step 5.

10. Now you should be back at the Internet "E-mail Settings (POP3)" window. Click "Next" to continue.

11. Last screen! Click "Finish" to complete the email setup.
