To setup Windows Mail you will need following information during the process.

Your Email Address: yourname@yourdomain.com
Your Email Password: Please use the password supplied by ARTEC Interactive.

Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.yourISPsmtp.com
The outgoing mail server (SMTP) is required and can be acquired from your ISP.

Note: Please replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain.

1. Open the Outlook 2003 mail application. Click on the "Tools" drop down menu and select "E-Mail Accounts". If it is your first time opening Outlook 2003 you might see a window like in Step 3. If this is the case you can skip Step 1 and Step 2.

2. Select "Add a new e-mail account" and click "Next" to continue.

3. Please select "POP3" and click "Next" to continue.

4. Please enter the values into the appropriate fields. Please enter the password and "Remember Password" is checked. Please click "Test Account Settings" to verfiy your information. If you get an error message while sending or receiving, please check the entries. Close the popup window.

5. Now you should be back at the Internet "E-mail Settings (POP3)" window. Click "Next" to continue.

6. Last screen! Click "Finish" to complete the email setup.
