Creating E-mails accounts with Outlook 2003
1. Open Outlook, from the top drop down menu click the > tools tab and then chose > e-mail accounts.
Choose to > add a new e-mail account. Click next.
2. Choose what type of e-mail account you wish to use. Most people choose POP3 which is perfect for a single user.
Alternatively, IMAP is good for multiple users who wish to view the same emails - a copy of each email is left one the server. Click next.
3. Enter the following information:
User Information:
Your name: What people see when they receive your emails i.e. Joe Jackson
Your e-mail address: i.e. joe@mycompany.com
Logon Information:
Your FULL e-mail address: i.e. joe@mycompany.com
Your password: personal password
Incoming mail server: mail.mycompany.com
Outgoing mail server: Quebec customers can request this from their ISP (the provider who connects you to the internet). Enter it here.

4. Click Next and Finish.
